Village Knowledge Centre

“Empowering Villages, Enriching Lives”

In collaboration with local authorities, the P.R. Baby Foundation is establishing 100 Village Knowledge Centers across Northeast India. These centers aim to drive sustainable development and enhance the quality of life in rural communities.

The centers focus on fostering self-reliance by offering training in agriculture, health, education, and women’s empowerment. Tailored programs address each village’s unique challenges, paving the way for holistic growth.

By partnering with local governments, NGOs, and international organizations, the initiative pools resources to achieve maximum impact. The vision is to create resilient villages where residents can thrive without needing to migrate to urban areas for opportunities.

Additional Efforts:

• Non-formal education centers for children of all ages.
• Study centers under the National Open School for dropouts.
• Spiritual enrichment programs on holidays.
